The two of us met over a common shared passion of fertility nutrition and we have joined together to spread this message and do this joyful work.
We started our joint effort and we have never met in person!! Weekly Zoom calls and Facebook messenger are how we collaborate. Kimberly is in Idaho and Thursall in North Carolina. Different time zones, different climates but our shared vision has brought us together.
Our shared vision is not about the good and the ‘bad’, it’s about providing a framework for you to make positive additions to your life and improve your overall health and fertility.
Meet Kimberly
Kimberly’s original Nutrition biz:
I’m Kimberly King and my goal is to help you achieve your dream of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy.
When I was a teen, I had cramps and pain during ovulation so bad that I couldn’t stand up. Of course, the doctors put me on birth control pills right away at the age of 14. Looking back, I can see that today I would likely be diagnosed with PCOS or endometriosis. Luckily the birth control pills helped remove the pain, but they had their own side effects that slowly got worse over the years.
Later in life, I struggled with thyroid issues, depression, hair loss, and chronic back pain. This started me on my journey in the “alternative” health world as I knew that all the medical doctors would do is prescribe pills. Turns out that “alternative” was really nutrition and chiropractic care. Not very “alternative” in my mind.
My mind was blown as my health issues started to improve and continued to improve until they were gone. You never hear that from a doctor. The drugs don’t help you heal, they just hide the symptoms. Then new symptoms eventually appear from the drugs. It becomes a vicious, never ending cycle.
So, what did I do? I took supplements for a while to support my body with nutrients it was not getting from food. (I ate a pretty standard American diet that included lots of fast food and meals at cheap restaurants.) Then I started adding in all kinds of amazing foods that I had never eaten before. Today, I eat delicious, satisfying foods and I feel amazing. My health is better now than it has ever been.
I had been relying on my nutritional therapy practitioner to guide me on this journey. Eventually I become frustrated because I didn’t know how to help myself and my family. I didn’t want to always rely on someone else. So, I went back to school to learn this for myself. Now I use it to help others.
I have heard from my friends how so many of them have struggled to get pregnant and carry a baby successfully. After counseling breastfeeding moms for 10 years, it seemed natural to shift to helping couples become pregnant.

- I took up ice skating at age 40 and found a new love.
- I am a fun-loving nerd who goes to comic con every year. I even make costumes to wear. My whole family goes!
- I started learning to play the piano at age 37 when my daughters started taking lessons. I am now the only one still taking lessons.
- I enjoy gardening and have a large flower garden and vegetable garden along with some fruit trees and raspberries.
- I love to read sci-fi, fantasy, and mystery books.
- I have a Master’s degree in microbiology and a minor in mathematics.
- I was a La Leche League Leader for 10 years, helping to counsel women how to breastfeed and parent young children.
- I homeschooled both my daughters all the way through high school.
- I taught a variety of classes at the local homeschool co-op including creative writing, how to play the recorder, bowling, and choral poetry.
- My husband and I like to play cribbage and are members of a local cribbage league.
Meet Thursall
Thursall’s original Nutrition biz:
It’s my goal to help you feel better, live longer and have happy healthy children.
I love food. Unfortunately, the food I was eating was damaging my body. It was a difficult road to realize how food was hurting my body without obvious symptoms. It took the natural conception of my two children to finally prove it to me.
I was unwell. Looking back, now I can see the puffiness and acne in pictures. It was a struggle to go to work every day with fatigue. I’ve been there. Changing my focus to what I can eat and what is nutritious allowed me to move on and my body was able to heal.
After a failed IVF and very discouraging feedback from the experts, I made and accepted those life changes around food and my own health. Within a year, I was pregnant on my own. And then three years later, we were pregnant again. It was not a miracle, it was disfunction that was able to be corrected by nutrition.
I also became aware of just how many people out there are suffering. I became involved in Facebook communities. I followed the triumphs and pitfalls of people like me and you trying to figure out how to navigate our health and our children’s health. I learned that time and time again, nutrition wins. I wanted to learn more.
One day, I also realized that I was more capable of experiencing the joy of regular mundane life things than I had been before, when I was not as well. I want more of that Joy every day. I want to feel better and better. I also want you to have more of that Joy.

- Apparently, I’m not afraid to tell people my real age, yet….
- I love family trips and to travel.
- My husband is French and I’m blessed to go visit his family in France frequently.
- My favorite chocolate is Ginger 70% dark chocolate.
- My comfort ‘music’ from my childhood is Paul Simon Graceland album.
- I am a Brandi Carlile FAN. She is amazing.
- I like to play Spider Solitaire.
- If I start reading a fiction book, I have trouble putting a good book down. It’s like I’m a reading addict!
- I met my husband at work, both starting our first day at the same company. We didn’t get together for another year and a half…
